Three are shot to death on Bainbridge Island
On March 17, 1989, JayDee Phillips, aged 23, was found dead along with two other victims, Ty McCollough and Ann Rice, on Bainbridge Island, Washington. The three individuals were in McCollough's pickup truck when they were shot multiple times with a combination of a .22-caliber handgun and a 12-gauge shotgun.
