In the quiet community of Bainbridge Island, Washington, a tragic event unfolded in March of 1989 that would leave a lasting scar. On March 17th, 23-year-old Caucasian male JayDee Phillips, along with his two friends, 19-year-old Ann Rice and 19-year-old Ty McCollough, were found shot to death in McCollough's pickup truck in a remote area.
