Jill Primavera, a 28-year-old mother of three, was last seen on February 13, 2012, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was reportedly seen near the Girard Medical Center at the intersection of 8th and Girard Streets. Some reports also suggest she was last seen talking to a friend near A and Allegheny Streets, a known area of Kensington. At the time of her disappearance, Jill was struggling with bipolar disorder and had a history of drug use.
