In the winter of 2012, a 28-year-old mother named Jill Primavera vanished from the streets of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was last seen on February 13, 2012, near the Girard Medical Center located at 8th and Girard Streets. At the time of her disappearance, Jill was wearing a white shirt, brown leggings, and gold flip-flops.
