Carmen Santiago, a 64-year-old woman, was last seen on September 25, 2018, after leaving her home in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. There is speculation that she may have gone to the Walmart located on Aramingo Avenue, but this has not been confirmed. At the time of her disappearance, Carmen stood 5'5" and weighed approximately 150 pounds, with brown hair. Despite initial searches and public pleas for information, her whereabouts remain unknown.
