In the brisk autumn of 2000, a young mother named Aesha Muhammad, just 23 years old, vanished from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was last seen on November 30, 2000, with her two-year-old son, Amaru. Aesha was a student at the Venus Beauty Academy and also worked in a salon, all while raising her young child.
