Chase Stephens, a 40-year-old man from Ottawa, Ohio, was last seen on May 2, 2012, and his disappearance remains a mystery to this day. On the day he vanished, Stephens left his home and was reportedly walking south along State Route 115, near Vaughnsville, Ohio. His clothing at the time included a dark-colored plaid shirt, jeans, and black sneakers.
