John T. Humphrey was a 48-year-old man and U.S. Army veteran from Oswego County, New York, who disappeared on June 2, 2012. He had left the Sumatra Apartment complex on Birch Lane in the town of Scriba and was last seen walking along State Route 104 near the New Haven Fire Department in New Haven, not far from Oswego.
