John T. Humphrey, aged 48, went missing on June 2, 2012, from New Haven, New York. Humphrey, a military veteran, had a history of mental health struggles, including post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, and anxiety. He had been released from a VA mental health facility just a few days earlier, on May 30, 2012, and was being assisted by Oswego County Opportunities (OCO) with housing arrangements in Scriba, New York.
