Rudolph David Fantin, a 38-year-old white male, was last seen on August 11, 1991, in Sweetwater County, Wyoming. At the time of his disappearance, it is believed that he may have fallen into the Flaming Gorge Reservoir. Fantin was approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall, with blue eyes and brown hair. He also has a tattoo on his right arm.
