Melissa Dawn Eagleshield, a 42-year-old Native American woman, was last seen in the early morning hours of October 5, 2014, at a friend's residence in rural Becker County, Minnesota, near County Road 126, just south of Island Lake. She reportedly left the house on foot between 3:00 and 5:00 a.m., leaving behind all of her belongings, including her shoes and purse. Melissa did not own a cell phone, and there has been no activity on her credit cards since her disappearance.
