Harry Dennis Milligan, a 21-year-old Marine Corps reservist and student at Northeast Missouri State University, was last seen in the early hours of July 1, 1984, after a night out with friends in Albia, Iowa. Harry had gone out with friends to a bar, where he was reported to have been playing cards and doing well financially.
