Dale Kerstetter, a 50-year-old maintenance man and security guard at the Corning Glassworks plant in Bradford, Pennsylvania, went missing during his overnight shift on September 12-13, 1987. Kerstetter, who had worked for the company for nearly 30 years, was last seen beginning his shift around 11 p.m. The next morning, his belongings—including his lunch, truck, and keys—were found, but Kerstetter was nowhere to be seen.
