Wesley Harvard Lee Oldbury, a 2-year-old boy, disappeared on September 15, 1992, along with his mother, Fairy Elaine Olmstead, and his 7-year-old sister, Angela Olmstead. The family was last seen in Redding, California, before they mysteriously vanished. They may have been traveling in a blue 1981 Chevrolet Citation with a California license plate (669ZVX), but neither they nor the vehicle have been located since their disappearance.
