Kristin Diede, a 30-year-old woman from Minnesota, disappeared on August 15, 1993, along with her boyfriend, Robert Anderson, while visiting Wishek, North Dakota. The couple had traveled to Wishek to drop off Kristin’s two children at their paternal grandparents' home. After the drop-off, they planned to return to Minnesota but never made it back. They were last seen inquiring about child custody laws with a highway patrol officer before vanishing.
