Jose Zarasoza Fierro, a 22-year-old man, was last seen on December 19, 1996, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Known to his friends as "Joe," he was 5'6" tall, weighed about 150 pounds, and had brown hair and brown eyes. One distinctive feature was the word "LOCO" tattooed across the knuckles of his left hand, and he was also known to wear a mustache at the time of his disappearance.
