Adela Feliciano Gaspar, a 35-year-old woman, went missing on August 20, 2000, after an attempted border crossing near Brownsville, Texas. Adela was part of a group of approximately 15 people who crossed the U.S.-Mexico border via Rio Bravo, with their destination being Brownsville.
