Sapphire T. Wiggins, 23, was last heard from on October 15, 2014, in Atlantic City, New Jersey, when she spoke to her sister on the phone. She left behind her vehicle at her residence on North New York Avenue and has never been seen or heard from since. At the time of her disappearance, Wiggins was in a relationship with Kevin Shelton, a 50-year-old man who was married with children.
