Richard Glenn Moffett, a 54-year-old man, was last seen in Shreveport, Louisiana, on December 29, 2014. Standing 5'11" and weighing around 165 pounds, Moffett had gray hair and brown eyes, and he was known to have a distinctive scar on his left arm. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing blue denim jeans and a navy blue jacket with tan paint splatters. Despite efforts by law enforcement and the community, no significant leads have emerged in his case.
