Justin Lance Riggs, aged 38, was last seen on August 13, 2015, in Crestline, California. On the day of his disappearance, a friend picked him up and drove him to the mountains. According to the friend, Justin exited the vehicle but did not enter the house they were supposed to go into. He has not been seen or heard from since that day. His friend did not report him missing until three days later. At the time of his disappearance, Justin did not have any money, identification, wallet, or cell phone with him.

Justin is described as a Caucasian male, standing 6 feet tall and weighing around 185 pounds. He has brown hair and green eyes, along with distinctive tattoos, including a large dragon on his back and the names "Calab" and "Cori" on his chest.
