Justin Lance Riggs, aged 38, was last seen on August 13, 2015, in Crestline, California. On the day of his disappearance, a friend picked him up and drove him to the mountains. According to the friend, Justin exited the vehicle but did not enter the house they were supposed to go into. He has not been seen or heard from since that day.
