Thomas William Barkfelt, a 56-year-old man from Fairland, Oklahoma, was last seen on October 12, 2015, in Pineville, Missouri. Barkfelt had undergone brain surgery earlier that year, which altered his behavior, and he was in need of medication. His family believed he might have been delusional at the time of his disappearance, as he was telling others he had bought a house in Missouri, which turned out to be false.
