Olivia Edwards-Tuttle, an infant only nine months old, was last seen on March 28, 1991, in Barre, Massachusetts. She was reportedly abducted by her non-custodial mother, Patricia Edwards. The pair had been staying at Olivia's paternal grandparents' home at the time. Patricia left a note stating she and Olivia were going to visit Patricia's parents in Maryland, but neither Olivia nor Patricia have been seen since.
