In the spring of 1997, a 26-year-old man named Shane Kelly Turner disappeared from his home in Grand Junction, Colorado, under suspicious and unsettling circumstances. On the evening of May 21st, while having dinner with his girlfriend, Shane received a phone call. The man on the other end of the line identified himself as a park ranger and claimed he needed to speak with Shane about a complaint filed against him at Highline State Park.
