Sanders Thomas Welch, age 48, was last seen on April 1, 2013, in La Mesa, New Mexico. Shortly after his disappearance, on May 7, 2013, his truck was found abandoned near Castillo Road and N.M. 192, close to the river levee. Welch, described as a Caucasian male with brown hair and blue eyes, was 5'3" to 5'4" tall and weighed approximately 135 pounds at the time.
