William had plans to visit his sister in Nashville, Tennessee, but never specified when he would arrive.

William is described as being 6'0" to 6'1" tall, weighing between 180 and 190 pounds, with black hair and green eyes. He also has distinguishing tattoos, including the letter "T" on his head and a star design on his left hand, as well as a scar near his eye.
