In the fall of 2015, a 39-year-old woman named Jennifer Lee Brown vanished from the streets of Portland, Oregon. She was last seen on September 20, 2015, after visiting a friend's residence near Southeast 16th Avenue and Stark Street. Later that evening, she went out for a night of drinking and was never heard from again. At the time of her disappearance, Jennifer was experiencing homelessness and was known to camp in local parks.
