Mark William Allen, a 31-year-old man, was last seen on December 6, 2015, in Livermore, California. Standing at 6'4" and weighing around 260 lbs, Mark had brown hair, blue eyes, and facial hair, which was likely ungroomed. He also had a distinctive scar at the base of his spine.
