Jessie Cutley, a 29-year-old man from Jackson, Mississippi, was last seen on February 29, 2016. On that day, he was reportedly at his home in the 100 block of Shiloh Drive before leaving to visit friends at Pebble Creek Apartments. Cutley was supposed to drive a white Ford Crown Victoria but never arrived at his destination. His family and friends reported him missing after they were unable to contact him, and he has not been heard from since.
