Arthur Ray Mikell, a 76-year-old man from Jackson, Mississippi, was last seen on September 16, 2024, driving his 2012 White Dodge Ram 1500. He was reported missing the following day. Mikell was last seen wearing a black and pink shirt with gray pants. He suffers from a medical condition that may impair his judgment. The weather was stormy, and visibility was poor at the time of his disappearance.
