In the quiet, early morning hours of March 31, 2016, in Allendale, South Carolina, 80-year-old Joe Saxton vanished from his home. A resident of the Appleton Community, he was last seen between 5:00 and 5:45 a.m. having walked away from his residence on Concord Church Road. A final sighting placed him at the intersection of Concord Church Road and Revolutionary Trail at 6:00 a.m., and then he was gone.
