In the quiet, rural community of Salineville, Ohio, a family's life was changed forever. Rosemary Rapp, a 68-year-old woman, vanished from her home on Blossom Road. Her husband reported that he last saw his wife around midnight before he went to sleep. He mentioned that she was still in their home at 5:00 a.m., but by the time he woke up two hours later, she was gone. She had left on foot, leaving behind her medication, money, and identification.
