Stephen Craig Lund, age 32, was last seen in Tampa, Florida, on August 4, 1979. Prior to his disappearance, Lund had informed his family in Illinois that he planned to return home by July 4, 1979, but he never arrived. He was believed to be traveling with Suzanne Schultz, a 17-year-old who also went missing. Suzanne contacted her family from Tampa, indicating that she would return home by August 4, 1979, but she, too, never reached her destination.
