Robert Wayne Arnao, age 41, was last seen on December 17, 1991, in Key West, Florida. He left his residence without taking essential items, such as his medication or extra clothing, and drove away in a blue 1988 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera with dark tinted windows and the Florida license plate FZY76X. Arnao, who had a medical condition requiring medication, did not take his medicine with him, raising concerns for his well-being.
