Jerome "Russ" Teubert, 50, was last seen on September 29, 2013, after leaving a family member's home in Albion, Wisconsin. His disappearance raised concerns due to letters he had sent to friends and family, indicating suicidal thoughts. Jerome, a white male standing at 5'11" and weighing between 225 to 250 pounds, was known to drive a black 2000 Chevrolet Silverado truck with Wisconsin plates "HD2329," which had expired the same year.
