Patricia Caggeso, a 56-year-old woman, was last seen leaving her apartment on Main Street in Buffalo, New York, on February 22, 2014. Patricia, who stood 5'5" and weighed around 150 pounds, had black hair and brown eyes at the time of her disappearance. Despite efforts from local authorities and widespread searches, no significant leads have emerged over the years.
