Ann Elizabeth Victor-Lazarus, a 61-year-old woman from Buffalo, New York, was last seen on October 22, 2017. She left her home that morning, telling her family she was headed to church, but never returned. Surveillance footage captured her driving through an E-ZPass lane towards Niagara Falls later that day. Her black Volkswagen Beetle was subsequently found abandoned near the water intakes at the New York State Power Authority, but there was no sign of Victor-Lazarus herself.
