Rhonda Kelley, a 45-year-old woman, was last seen on November 23, 2016, near Gage Street and Tanyard Avenue in Greenwood, South Carolina. She was reported missing by December 5 after family members realized they had not heard from her. At the time of her disappearance, Rhonda was wearing a light-colored hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans. She was described as being 5'6" tall, weighing about 105 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
