Christopher Cole Thomas, a 22-year-old man, was last seen in the early morning hours of November 25, 2016, in Benson, North Carolina. He had been traveling from Minnesota to Florida for Thanksgiving with two friends. According to reports, after pulling off Interstate 95 near North Elm and East Morgan Streets, Thomas unexpectedly exited the vehicle and ran into a residential area around 3 a.m. This marked the last known sighting of him.
