Bruce Scott Smith, 31, was last seen on April 8, 2017, in Philadelphia, Mississippi. He was spotted near the intersection of Kosciusko Road and Robin Hood Circle, which was the last confirmed sighting of him. At the time of his disappearance, Bruce was wearing a dark red hooded pullover sweater with stripes across the chest and navy blue wind pants.
