Stephen Paoletti, a 44-year-old private investigator from Edgewater, Florida, was last seen on May 30, 2017. He had texted his girlfriend that evening, mentioning plans to meet for a Memorial Day cookout, and although he initially reported car trouble, he later texted that the issue was resolved. However, he never showed up at the cookout, and no further contact was made. His girlfriend reported him missing four days later.
