In the early hours of July 4, 2017, Eva Gwendolyn Allen, a 67-year-old woman, vanished from her group home in Lithonia, Georgia. Known affectionately as 'Gwen' to her loved ones, she was the youngest of sixteen siblings and required constant care due to her struggle with bipolar disorder.
