Eva Gwendolyn Allen, a 67-year-old woman, was last seen on July 4, 2017, in Lithonia, Georgia. At the time of her disappearance, she was living in a group home on Snapfinger Road due to her struggles with bipolar disorder. She required 24-hour supervision, as her mental health had significantly declined.
