In 1975, a young woman named Susan Redding, also known by her nicknames Randy and Sue, relocated from Seattle, Washington, back to her family's home in Decatur, Georgia. She had been living with her brother in Seattle, but he sent her back to Georgia because he felt she had become too rebellious.
