Andre Bunton, a 37-year-old African American man from Dolton, Illinois, was tragically shot and killed on the night of July 18, 2013, in Chicago's South Loop neighborhood. The incident occurred around 11:25 p.m. while Bunton was sitting in his car in the 200 block of East 16th Place.
