Melissa Bennett, a 47-year-old woman from Tampa, Florida, was last seen on August 6, 2017. She had been discharged from Florida Hospital Carrollwood at around 8:00 p.m. that evening and left the facility on foot. Bennett was reported missing by a friend over a month later, on September 21, 2017, when she had still not been heard from.
