Kay Vest, an 80-year-old woman from West Bountiful, Utah, was reported missing on April 8, 2024, after leaving her home in her silver Toyota Camry. Vest, who had memory issues and was easily confused, became the subject of a Silver Alert soon after her disappearance. Initially, she was last seen driving near Ogden, Utah, later being spotted in Downey, Idaho, over 100 miles from her home, where she mentioned trying to return home but appeared disoriented.
