Chen Hai Ren, a 25-year-old man, was last seen on February 6, 1994, at a group home in Daly City, California. He has not been heard from since that day, and the circumstances of his disappearance remain unclear. Chen, an Asian male of Chinese descent, was described as 5'0" tall, weighing around 100 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
