He disappeared after leaving his father's house, and authorities have classified his case as that of an endangered runaway. Foote, who goes by the nicknames "Ro-Ro" or "Roy," was wearing a black sweatshirt with red and gold Asian writing, black and gray jeans, and black Flyer shoes at the time he went missing.
