He suffered from Alzheimer's disease and was wearing a beige San Francisco baseball cap, a light green windbreaker, and blue pants when he disappeared. Roch's family reported him missing after he failed to return home from a walk. Despite extensive searches, there has been no trace of him since that day.
Roch is described as a Hispanic male, standing 5'1" tall and weighing around 142 pounds, with gray hair and black eyes. Due to his Alzheimer's, it is believed he may have become disoriented and wandered away from his familiar surroundings. Authorities and his family continue to hope for any information that could lead to his whereabouts.
