Nelso Martinez, a 25-year-old landscaper from Porterville, California, tragically lost his life on August 8, 2014. On that day, deputies from the Tulare County Sheriff's Department responded to a report of a gunshot wound victim in the 1700 block of E. Springville Avenue. Upon arrival, they found Nelso Martinez suffering from a fatal gunshot wound. Despite the efforts of first responders, Martinez succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
