Robert Carl Rock, a 26-year-old from Millbrae, California, was last seen on May 3, 1995. He left home that day telling his father he was going to church and would return within an hour. However, he never came back and has not been seen since. Rock had a history of schizophrenia and was on medication, including Lithium and Risperdal, to manage his condition.
