William Garrett Higgins, a 41-year-old man, was last seen on March 12, 2003, in Los Alamitos, California. At the time of his disappearance, Higgins stood 6 feet tall and weighed around 170 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He also went by the nickname Gary Higgins.
