Victor Martinez, a 68-year-old man from the Bronx, New York, was last seen on January 22, 2024. Victor is considered a vulnerable adult due to his diagnoses of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, conditions that may make him disoriented or in need of urgent medical attention. At the time of his disappearance, Victor stood about 5'9" tall and weighed around 180 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes.
