Daniel Elton Windley, a 45-year-old Navy veteran, was last seen on March 29, 2018, in the Kanawha City area of Charleston, West Virginia. His last known location was behind a Lowe's store near the Kanawha River. Known to frequent the area and spend time with his mother on 10th Avenue in South Charleston, Windley disappeared without a trace, and there have been no confirmed sightings since.
